Precise Waterjet Cutting

Our Waterjet Omax Maxium 1530 offers high-accuracy CNC waterjet cutting. It delivers clean and precise cuts with no heat-affected zones for nearly any material.

With 5 different quality levels (Q1-Q5), you can directly influence the quality and cleanliness of the cut. Cutting speed optimizes work output, whether for individual work, prototypes, or large-scale production.

Materials

Metals: Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, inconel, invar, titanium, tool steel.
Ceramic & Composite: Graphile, FRP, carbon fiber, GR-LE.
Plastics: acrylic, acetal, nylon, polycarbonate, polypropylene, PVC, UHMW.
Stones: Granite, limestone, marble, porcelain.
Others: Glass & Wood.

Technology

Cutting: 60,000 PSI high-pressure.
Etching: 20,000 PSI low pressure.
Maximum Cutting Thickness: Up to 12 inches (305 mm).
Maximum Cutting Dimensions: 60” x 120” (1524 mm x 3048 mm).
Accuracy: ±0.005” (±0.13 mm).

Fabrication

Welding: We specialize in various types of welding, including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding. The materials we can work with include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
Polishing: We offer rough grinding of parts for customer safety, as well as polishing to enhance the quality of our work and ensure customers receive parts that are ready for use.
Machining: Precision CNC machining and manual milling, turning, drilling, threading, and countersinking
Press Break: CNC press break op to 1/4″ thick capacity bend.
Powder Coating: We offer powder coating services that meet the highest standards, including government regulations and environmental requirements.
Industrial worker welding metal indoors, emitting bright blue sparks and smoke.

Design

At Texas Waterjet & Fabrication, our design team collaborates closely with clients to efficiently and accurately develop their required concept. We can go from hand drawings to three-dimensional models.

Our in-house software includes 2D & 3D AutoCAD, LayOut, Make, and 3D SolidWorks.

We can read any file format, such as:
.PDF, .DWG, .DXF, .ORD, .SLDPRT, .STEP, .STL, .STP, .PRT, .IGES, .IGS, .JPG, .JNP .PNG.
